Boiled honey may retain some benefits, but it is generally not recommended. Here at ecophysis while we still have customers who prefer the taste of honey they were raised with (before we became aware of the benefits of raw honey) we heat our honey to the lowest possible temperture in order to retain some benifits while offering a more liquid consistancy, heating honey delays crystalisation.
